The California Decoy Program, partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County (B&GCFC) manages anti-tobacco prevention efforts in all 58 California counties assisting in tobacco compliance checks. The California Decoy Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals, 15-20 YEARS OF AGE. All checks are done in collaboration with the following agencies:

California Department of Public Health
Office of Youth Tobacco Enforcement (OYTE)

Job Description:

The Tobacco Compliance Agent will partner with OYTE Law Enforcement to attempt to buy tobacco products at tobacco retailers under the supervision of OYTE to help stop sales of tobacco products to minors. Our investigators will provide transportation. While our headquarters is located in Fresno, you will NEVER have to travel to Fresno.

The California Decoy Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals, 15-20 YEARS OF AGE, to earn money, assisting state law enforcement, in helping stop the injustice of underage tobacco sales. We are pleased to offer all enrolled decoys a $50 sign on bonus as well as the opportunity to earn $100-$200 on the days they work.
