Job Description: This position trains and supervises daily activities of employees. He/She ensures all assigned duties are accomplished safely and in a timely fashion, holding employees accountable for attendance, training and production. Responsibilities: Supervises and trains employees. Conducts daily safety training and observations. Able to cover other PT sup shifts when we have others on our small team with planned time off having some flexibility with the UPS schedule. Tests the DWS equipment in Goodyear or help with daily testing. Works on the floor about 75% and in an office 25% of the shift. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle The candidate must be experienced in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A good understanding of supervising union employees and follow the UPS union contract. We are looking for an applicant who is dependable, ready to start and is a quick study or already has experience with payroll via GTS/PTW 2 of UPS's pay systems. This position is currently for the Day sort which is Sunday-Saturday.
