We seek a skilled Proposal Writer to draft EOI, RFP, and donor proposals for development and training projects. Focus areas: skills development, governance, mental health, wellness coaching, ICT for development, and education. Collaborate with internal experts to develop proposals for the UN, development partners, and government clients. Responsibilities: Draft & edit technical and financial proposals Align content with donor ToR and criteria. Create logframes, workplans, and budget narratives. Format proposals for submission (Word / Excel) Requirements: Proven experience in proposal / RFP / grant writing Strong English writing & structuring skills Familiarity with UNICEF, ILO, EU, or USAID formats Experience in skills, governance, HR, or ICT4D sectors Nice to Have: Understanding of Logical Framework / Theory of Change Experience writing for multi-country projects Project Type: One-time or recurring project (remote) May lead to long-term collaboration Budget: Fixed or hourly — based on proposal size & complexity
