Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative Services/Promotions Producer to conceptualize, write, produce, and edit promotional content across on-air, digital, streaming, and radio platforms. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a marketer—someone who can craft engaging campaigns that build audience loyalty and reflect the voice and mission of the station. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, write, produce, and edit on-air, digital, and radio promos that highlight programming, initiatives, and the mission of the station. Develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive audience engagement across broadcast, streaming, and social platforms. Collaborate with programming, marketing, and production teams to align messaging and ensure consistent station branding. Write creative scripts for a variety of promotional needs, including tune-in spots, sizzle reels, pledge breaks, and station IDs. Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to professional standards in both studio and field environments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines and with varied stakeholders. Edit video content using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere required; After Effects a plus) to create high-impact promos. Post and manage promotional content on brand social media pages. Coordinate voiceover talent, music licensing, graphic elements, and other post-production needs. Qualifications: Proven experience in promotions, creative services, or related video production roles. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere (After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus). Strong creative writing and script development skills. Ability to balance storytelling with marketing goals to effectively drive audience engagement. Technical expertise in video, audio, and lighting production. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across departments. Passion for mission-driven media and delivering impactful, audience-focused content. Preferred: Experience working in broadcast or public media environments. Familiarity with social media trends, analytics, and best practices for optimizing promotional content.
