I’m looking for an experienced Project Planner or Business Analyst to help me prepare a clear and professional project plan and scope document for a client engagement. This role involves working closely with me to take high-level goals and turn them into a structured plan with milestones, timelines, and defined deliverables. The output will be a well-organized draft plan that I can present to the client. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with me to understand the client’s objectives and project requirements - Translate objectives into a defined project scope (deliverables, inclusions/exclusions, assumptions, risks) - Develop a timeline with milestones, phases, and dependencies - Draft a project plan document that includes scope, deliverables, milestones, estimated timelines, and responsibilities - Suggest best practices for structuring client-facing project documentation Qualifications: - Proven experience in project planning, project management, or business analysis - Strong ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans - Excellent written communication and documentation skills - Experience creating professional client-facing project plans and scope documents - Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar is a plus Deliverables: - Draft project scope & assumptions - Milestone/timeline plan - Structured client-facing project plan document (Word/Excel Document) What I’m Looking For: - Someone detail-oriented and organized - Strong communicator who can ask clarifying questions - Experience working with consultants or agencies serving clients (preferred)
