Job Overview Digital Broadcasting Entertainment, LLC (DBEntertainment) is seeking a Project Manager for a short-term contract position to oversee key business initiatives, including roadmap development, workflow management, and business planning. This role is project-based and is not a long-term or permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scopes, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables align with company objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Roadmap & Workflow Management • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met. • Identify and manage resources, including internal team members and external vendors. • Track progress, mitigate risks, and address roadblocks to ensure smooth execution. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and status reports. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before project closure. 2. Business Planning & Strategy • Align projects with DBEntertainment’s short-term and long-term business objectives. • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation without compromising quality. • Monitor project KPIs to measure success and optimize future initiatives. • Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology industries. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management Microsoft Project. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple short-term projects efficiently.
