We manage SEO and content production for 50+ clients across multiple industries and are now expanding our internal project management team. Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager who can keep client projects organized, communicate effectively with both clients and our internal team, and ensure that SEO and blog deliverables move smoothly through our system. You’ll coordinate tasks between writers, SEO specialists, and developers—helping ensure clients always feel informed and supported. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (email + occasional Zoom calls). Manage SEO and content production timelines in tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello. Assign and follow up on SEO and blog writing tasks with our internal team. Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines. Communicate updates clearly and anticipate potential roadblocks before they happen. Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
