Overview: We have a 200+ page, step-by-step handbook to launch and scale a dropshipping store to a $600K–$900K run rate in about 90 days. We need one owner-type Project Manager to build the workspace and execute with minimal oversight. You’ll own (end-to-end): • Build the system and workspace: Set up ClickUp, Asana, or Monday structure, SOPs, templates, automations, and dashboards. Connect Shopify, Meta, TikTok, analytics, and Slack. Set permissions and team rituals. • Execute the Day 1–90 plan: Coordinate a 9–12 person team, run daily 15-minute standups, track 84 KPIs across 12 roles, resolve blockers fast, and submit a concise Friday report. • Make decisions: Product testing, creative direction, ad budget allocation (within caps), daily tactics, and process improvements. • Escalate only: Major kill or scale gates (Day 3, 5, 7, 14), budget increases, strategy pivots, legal issues, or team expansion beyond 12 roles. Compensation (paid via Upwork): • Base: $240 per month ($3/hr) (for standups, KPI updates, and reports) • Performance: $0–$760 per month (based on revenue gates, zero missed deadlines, ROAS 2.0+, perfect weeks) • Total: $240–$1,000+ per month Typical: Month 1: $240–$400 | Months 2–3: $500–$700 | Month 4+: $800–$1,200+ • Home-run bonuses (uncapped): $10K per day product, $100K+ month, early 90-day target, efficiency and innovation wins. Week 1 Snapshot: • Days -2 to 0: Read Sections 1–8; build the workspace (boards, lists, SOPs, automations, dashboards, Slack setup, data connectors). • Day 1: Launch 3 landing pages, submit 3 products for ads, go live, monitor performance, update KPIs, end-of-day brief. • Day 3: Apply decision tree – Kill if ROAS below 1.5 and CTR below 1.5 percent; Test if ROAS 1.5–2.0 and CTR 1.5–2.5 percent; Scale if ROAS above 2.0 and CTR above 2.5 percent (increase budget 50 percent). • Day 5–7: Hit $1K–$3K revenue, submit Friday report. Must-Haves: • 2+ years project management in e-commerce, digital marketing, or startups • Proven workspace builder (ClickUp, Asana, or Monday with SOPs, automations, dashboards) • Data-driven and detail-oriented • Experience managing remote teams (5+ people) • Available 35–40 hours per week and ready to start immediately Nice-to-Haves: Dropshipping or DTC experience, media-buying literacy, and prior 0-to-1 build experience.
