eNGINE is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee app development projects from inception to deployment. This hybrid role (2-3 days on-site) is based in Pittsburgh, PA and requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive project success while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end app development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project roadblocks proactively.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to optimize project execution.
• Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management for app or software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
