Your Impact:
As a Project Coordinator supporting the Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting cross-functional coordination. This role blends advanced administrative functions with hands-on project support, requiring strong technical skills, proactive communication, and a problem-solving mindset. You will help ensure that projects remain on track, vendor relationships are maintained, and accurate documentation supports all efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support, including schedule preparation and data input/processing.
Compile and analyze statistical data for use in departmental and project-specific reports.
Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and project deliverables between engineering teams and vendors.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding purchase orders, change orders, and issue resolution.
Support engineering staff by retrieving and investigating data from internal records and systems.
Maintained and updated critical project documentation, including accounting and property records.
Track and process change requests and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Identify and implement process improvements based on data-driven analysis.
Report on project status, timelines, and deliverables to senior leadership.
Specific duties may vary or evolve based on business and client needs.
Core Experience:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint and the broader Office 365 suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with databases and data analysis.
Background in telecommunications and familiarity with related terminology.
Preferred experience with client systems such as Infinium and Site Tracker.
Demonstrated adaptability and strong attention to detail.
Compensation: $28.00 hourly/DOE
