About the Role

  • The Program Manager, Demo & Décor at Align Furniture Services, will play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients experience the Demo & Décor programs. They will be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them through every step of the demo process, from initial requests to seamless delivery and ongoing inventory management. The Program Manager will have the autonomy to build strong client relationships, solve complex challenges, and ensure every detail is handled with care.
  • This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a minimum of three days per week required on-site in San Leandro to support operational success.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Demo and Décor requests from customers.
  • Create quotes based on requested Demo/Décor inventory for delivery.
  • Manage monthly billing for warehousing customer inventory, based on the space required.
  • Maintain accurate inventories, including photography and product descriptions.
  • Upload and organize all Demo/Décor-related documentation (receiving reports, work orders, invoices, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cohorts such as the Director of Field Logistics, Facilities Manager, Décor Coordinators, and Warehouse Specialist.
  • Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members (such as Décor Coordinators and Warehouse Specialist) as a source of information and support, serving as an indirect leader without direct management responsibilities.
  • Utilize SnapTracker (asset management), CORE (invoicing), and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Report and document demo damages, and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Occasionally inspect furniture products and train the Warehouse Specialist on care/protection practices (minimal physical requirements).
  • Requirements

Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, project coordination, asset management, and customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and resource management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and service-oriented with the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize effectively.
  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with SnapTracker, CORE, mHelpdesk, and AXwrap is a plus.

  • Logistics: CLTD, CSCP, CLA
  • Project Coordination: PMP, CAPM, CompTIA Project+
  • Asset Management: CAMS, IAM Certificate
