Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY TransMedics is on a digital transformation journey to replace its legacy systems with modern, scalable solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager for a Contract position with a strong finance, supply chain and manufacturing background and deep experience in medical device and regulatory environments. This role will have responsibilities for program execution and change leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to operate across strategic and tactical levels, driving alignment, execution, and adoption across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide hands-on program management including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Manage multiple concurrent projects, including inflight initiatives and future-state program tracks, tracking cross-dependencies and resource overlap. Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring deliverables are met and budgets maintained. Maintain continuity of operations (“keep the lights on”) while driving transformation. Hold SI and other vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and scope. Build and maintain project plans and dashboards using SharePoint and Smartsheet. Tie delivery of program to realized value leveraging relevant metrics and KPIs. Align cross-functional teams across IT, manufacturing, and business units. Drive change leadership and communication across BUs to support digital transformation. Assist adoption across business units transitioning from paper-based to digital workflows. Facilitate communication, training, and workshops to enable day-to-day operations. Build executive awareness and foster cross-functional alignment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field 5-8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP implementations. Proven track record supporting large-scale ERP programs (Oracle preferred, SAP acceptable). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption. Must have experience in medical device and regulated environments.
