  • Position Summary
  • LINC is seeking a dedicated Program/Impact Evaluation Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in measuring, analyzing, and communicating the effectiveness of our programs and their impact on the communities we serve.   • Key Responsibilities
  • * Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for existing and new programs
  • * Develop logic models, theory of change documents, and evaluation plans that align with organizational goals
  • * Collect, clean, and analyze complex quantitative and qualitative datasets from multiple sources
  • * Create clear, compelling reports and presentations that communicate findings to diverse audiences
  • * Develop data visualizations and dashboards to make complex information accessible
  • * Build and maintain relationships with community partners, participants, and stakeholders
  • * Provide recommendations based on evaluation findings to improve program design and implementation
  • * Support new program development by conducting needs assessments and feasibility studies
  • * Monitor program fidelity and provide feedback to ensure adherence to grant requirements
  • Required Qualifications
  • * Bachelor's degree in program evaluation, public policy, social work, education, statistics, or related field
  • * Minimum 3 years of experience in program evaluation, impact measurement, or data analysis
  • * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SPSS, R, or SAS)
  • * Strong understanding of evaluation methodologies, logic models, and mixed-methods approaches
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • * Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously
  • * Knowledge of ethical considerations in evaluation and research
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • * Master's degree in relevant field
  • * Experience working in nonprofit organizations or community-based settings
  • * Experience with community-based participatory evaluation approaches
  • * Background in social services, education, or community development
  • * Grant writing and reporting experience
  • * Knowledge of database management and data collection systems
  • * Experience with survey platforms and community engagement tools
  • Other Qualifications
  •  Must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a minimum of state qualified auto insurance coverage.
