Summary

The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with business units to provide project management, technical support, training, administration, guidance, and consulting to advance the development, implementation and adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting the safe, productive and profitable operation of multiple manufacturing facilities.

The incumbent will serve as the SME leading application development, upgrade projects, testing, development of work instructions, user acceptance testing, and change management for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Promote safe work practices and demonstrates a zero tolerance for non-compliance with safe work practices, policies and regulations
  • Play a lead role in Business Process Management, Data Integrity and Master Data Management initiatives
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders within Ensinger to understand strategic direction and support operational needs
  • Implement the US strategy for ERP systems, and related applications, proposing system enhancements to improve performance and reliability
  • Simultaneously lead multiple complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, and software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and scope
  • Document business & system requirements and workflow diagrams
  • Coordinate the selection and implementation of systems and applications to accommodate the organization's requirements, focusing on minimizing customizations and adhering to standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support users in the use of installed systems and applications, coordinating training as needed
  • Responsible for evaluation of business process requirements and providing guidance/recommendation based on the application of standard enterprise system processes as priority over any customization or manual systems that would adversely affect the system/integration integrity or the scalability/sustainability of the process and IT support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP projects, coordinating internal and external resources
  • Prepare and execute effective change management with a focus on successful end user adoption, while effectively communicating changes and enhancements to both management and end users
  • Manage an application’s lifecycle, update and refine plans and requirements as necessary

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practice IT policies, standards and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and integrated business applications
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated success applying technical knowledge or experience to define problems, generate alternatives, execute solutions and embed systemic improvements
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated successful experience as a driver for the standardization of processes, applications and IT infrastructure as well as the management of change processes
  • ERP system experience required, Infor Syteline/Cloud Suite Industrial a plus Education and Experience
  • Information Systems or applicable bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years applicable professional experience
