  • What You'll Do

As the Program Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Nursing Department running smoothly by

  • Supporting the development and coordination of nursing programs including Core Competency, Employee Wellness, and Infection Prevention.
  • Maintaining departmental records, updating databases, and generating reports.
  • Coordinating and tracking compliance, training, onboarding, and recognition initiatives.
  • Assisting with accreditation preparation, audits, and candidate interview logistics.
  • Supporting meetings with agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Traveling to multiple clinic sites as needed.

  • Requirements
  • Associate of Arts degree and at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting, preferably in healthcare (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing databases
  • Background in healthcare in a clinical role (MA) or administrative support position.
