About the Role:

As a CBRE Program Analyst, you will provide administrative support for program management operations, oversee the coordination and administration of programs from inception to completion, and prepare, evaluate, and present research results from team-supervised projects. This job is part of the Program Management function, which is responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing company initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to program management teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with program planning, budgeting, and monitoring, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and team members, to ensure successful program execution.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make recommendations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, briefs, and presentations.
  • Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organization skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Analyst position is $60,000 annually or ($28.85 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Program Analyst position is $75,000 annually [or $36.06 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
