We’re looking for a creative and reliable Thumbnail Designer to join our team for long-term projects. As a YouTube Thumbnail Designer, you will play a critical role in fulfilling all graphic design needs for our channels. You are responsible for creating eye-catching, intriguing, and thought-provoking thumbnails that make a viewer more likely to click and watch our videos. You will work directly under our manager and alongside a high-performing media team, shaping the visual identity that drives growth and strengthens the brand. This role combines creative execution with technical precision, turning concepts into world-class visual assets. Responsibilities: Create and edit visuals following provided references and styles. Work primarily with Photoshop to manipulate images, apply effects, and incorporate text or other design elements. What we offer: Consistent, long-term work.
