Our ideal candidate is an experienced educator with a passion for designing and improving professional development. This role focuses primarily on developing content used by our school and district partners to strengthen their instructional practice, often tied to our RedThread curriculum—a comprehensive, K–8 literacy program grounded in the science of reading and designed to close instructional gaps.

Incorporate feedback from sessions, survey data, and implementation experiences to improve content quality and impact.
