We’re a boutique DocuSign consulting agency looking for a sharp systems thinker to turn our service delivery into a repeatable product. Templatize how we sell, scope, deliver, and support client projects — then work with our Airtable + Make.com developer to automate the workflows. You’ll define how we: • Structure discovery questions • Create project docs and scope of work templates • Track tasks, defects, and change requests • Standardize email templates, SLAs, calendar invites • Onboard new team members into a clear, repeatable process This is not a dev role. We’re looking for someone who: • Thinks in systems and SOPs • Knows how software agencies run (bonus if you’ve worked in one) • Has hands-on experience with Airtable, Make.com, and workflow design (Miro) • Can spot chaos and bring structure, clarity, and repeatability Bonus points if you’ve helped turn custom consulting services into scalable offerings. This role is internal-facing but critical to scale. Could evolve into a Head of Ops role for the right person.
