  • What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and record critical processing parameters during production
  • Prepare product batches according to exact specifications
  • Verify, track, and document all ingredients used in the batching process
  • Perform quality checks including Brix, pH, and temperature testing
  • Operate and monitor chart recorders, mixers, tanks, silos, and product lines
  • Respond immediately to deviations from critical parameters
  • Perform routine Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) procedures
  • Communicate with team members on safety, quality, and equipment status
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and basic maintenance tasks
  • Support production by completing assigned work orders and “If Down, Do” lists
  • Help maintain equipment including pumps, valves, and pipe systems
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow all safety regulations
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the work area for the next shift
  • Document process changes, quality checks, and shift handoffs accurately
  • Support compliance with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Quality Policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and plant operations
  • Requirements
  • What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forklift Certification (required)
  • Understanding of GMP and food safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic processing equipment
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and support various production needs
