Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant for our Digital Transfers & Fulfillment team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, focusing on digital transfer processes and fulfillment tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory environments and possess mechanical knowledge to support various production activities.

Duties

• Setup and operation of digital transfer orders.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Support assembly line operations by efficiently handling materials and components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production activities accurately for tracking purposes.
• Custom decorate apparel with digital transfer designs.
• Fulfillment of orders and production of transfers.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is beneficial.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
