📌 Description We are looking for a highly motivated Product Sourcing Agent to help us identify and onboard dropshipping suppliers for various products in EU, UK, and US markets. The role is result-oriented: you will only be paid when you successfully deliver suppliers that meet all requirements listed below. --- 🔎 Your Tasks * Research suitable suppliers primarily on marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Otto, Kaufland, Bolt, etc.) * Identify sellers with existing local stock (Amazon FBA or their own warehouse) * Contact sellers via marketplace chat (higher response rates), and also use WeChat, WhatsApp, and Email to maximize communication and response time * Ensure compliance with marketplace messaging rules (e.g. use image-based contact details where needed to avoid filters) * Provide a shortlist of qualified suppliers per product with complete contact details and confirmation of requirements 💡 Our best experience so far has been with Chinese sellers operating from China but selling successfully on EU/US marketplaces – they usually understand the e-commerce model and are very interested in building new long-term partnerships. --- ✅ Supplier Requirements 1. Already sell products via marketplaces or be a wholesaler with dropshipping experience 2. Store products in EU, UK, or US warehouses (Amazon FBA or other local warehouse) 3. Be able to ship via Amazon MCF or directly from their warehouse 4. Accept commission-based partnerships: product price must include product costs, shipping, fees, and a 10% return buffer 5. Be paid after the product is sold (post-sale payout) 6. Have a USD bank account for receiving payments 7. Maintain a minimum monthly stock of 1000 units per product and guarantee at least 300–500 units on hand 8. Ensure supply chain continuity (no short-term OOS or sudden model changes) 9. Price range must fit our requirements (we will provide specific target ranges for each product) 10.
