SHORT PREVIEW SUMMARY: We’re building a luxury vanity brand, and need a detail-oriented freelancer to complete our product catalog: add SKUs/descriptions, verify vendor data, organize thousands of images, and ensure accuracy. Paid test first. Fixed price: $800–$1,000. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Overview We are building a high-end vanity and bath brand, and need a highly organized, detail-oriented freelancer to help finalize our full product catalog. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow structured processes across a large volume of products. Scope of Work We currently have: 131 total collections (1,153 vanities) 44 collections already completed (456 vanities) 87 collections remaining (697 vanities) Your job is to complete the remaining collections and ensure the entire catalog is accurate, complete, and properly organized. Your Responsibilities 1. Product Doc Completion (Google Sheets) Add missing SKUs and descriptions from the Master SKU List Complete all missing sizes Verify each product is still active on the vendor’s website (not discontinued) Clean up any duplicate or inconsistent descriptions Ensure all product data is accurate, aligned, and properly formatted 2. Image Collection & Organization Download all product images from vendor websites Upload into specific Google Drive folders (one folder per collection) Rename images using our exact naming format: Collection Name – Size – Color – # Example: Admire 20 Hunter Green 1 Convert images to JPEG when needed Remove watermarks if present Ensure image sets are complete for each size/color combination 3. Quality Control Confirm folder structure is consistent Ensure every SKU has the correct image set Check naming accuracy for every image Identify missing, incorrect, or mismatched items Communicate any issues clearly Required Skills Strong experience with data entry and Google Sheets Experience with product catalogs or ecommerce listings Ability to follow detailed naming conventions Excellent attention to detail Comfortable handling large volumes of images Strong communication skills Reliable, organized, and consistent worker Paid Test Task (Required Before Hiring) All candidates must complete one collection as a paid sample.
