Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Job Summary: As a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant at Strada US, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for US-based clients. Your extensive knowledge and experience will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their HR and payroll objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects from start to finish. Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards. Customize and configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Payroll applications. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM Payroll updates and trends. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, specifically with US payroll. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll modules and functionalities. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary Pay Range Minimum - Maximum: $80,150.00 - $148,850.00 Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
