Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to join our Legal team. You will serve as a trusted partner to advance the ongoing design and maturation of LQTC’s enterprise-wide privacy and data protection program.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the LQTC Assistant General Counsel & Director of Privacy and Cybersecurity and other members of the Leidos Global Privacy Office (GPO) in the enhancement, administration, and management of LQTC’s comprehensive privacy compliance program.
- Maintain and coordinate with stakeholders to update relevant privacy policies, procedures, training and other documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy and data protection compliance requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance and integrate privacy-by-design processes into business process, critical processes, and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain privacy and security assessments, including privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for new products, services, and contracts.
- Monitor developments in privacy laws, regulations and industry standards relevant to LQTC.
- Facilitate discussions with business teams and educate them about applicable privacy/data protection laws, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), insider risk management and information security.
- Engage with cross-functional teams via training and awareness activities to help enhance LQTC’s culture of privacy compliance across the enterprise.
- Help administer and manage LQTC’s privacy risk management program and associated metrics/KPI reporting.
- Work with the Corporate Information Security team to evaluate, log and report security and privacy incidents.
- Organize and maintain data inventories and mappings, process workflows and assessments.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a privacy, data protection, and/or information security compliance role.
- Experience managing privacy programs for large organizations, preferably in a healthcare, technology, or government contractor setting.
- Experience performing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), data protection impact assessment (DPIAs), data mapping assessments, and/or Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs).
- Must have a CIPM certificate plus at least one of the following professional certifications: CIPP/US, CIPT, CISSP.
- Strong knowledge of and familiarity with global privacy and data protection laws, regulations and standards, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the U.S. Privacy Act, and state breach notification laws.
- Experience conducting risk assessments.
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the OneTrust Privacy Platform.
- Familiarity with privacy enhancing technologies (PETs).
- Experience using various privacy compliance platforms.
Additional Information:
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST Zone
- Travel requirements: Very minimal, as business dictates

This role may fall under the Service Contract Act (SCA), a federal law which provides for a U.S. Department of Labor-prescribed minimum prevailing rate of pay and certain benefit levels.
