Project 1: Master Bathroom Renovation Project Overview I’m a design professional offering interior design and architectural services to residential clients. As my client base and referrals are growing. I’m looking to build an ongoing relationship with a skilled consultant who can assist with drawing documentation and 3D renderings. My goal is to find someone I can collaborate with regularly across multiple projects. ________________________________________ Project Context This project is for a couple with a traditional Tuscan-style home. They’re looking to simplifying the existing heavy detailing and want to update their master bathroom to a more contemporary and transitional style. Key design goals: • Remove the curved glass block shower wall and replace it with a straight wall and clear glass shower enclosure. • Replace the tub surround and decorative columns with a freestanding tub and cleaner architectural lines. • Introduce a hybrid style that mixes modern/transitional elements with rustic-industrial accents. ________________________________________ Scope • Area: Approx. 460 SF (excluding the walk-in closets, which are not in the scope). • Existing documentation: Scaled floor plan (PDF) and elevations (PDF) are available; I can also provide CAD files if preferred. • Additional materials I will provide once we move forward: Site photos, fixture and finish selections, and design direction imagery ________________________________________Deliverables 1. Scaled Drawings & 3D Renderings • New floor plan (adjusted shower wall layout, freestanding tub, tile flooring, updated vanity layout, etc.) • Elevations showing cabinetry design, finish applications, plumbing locations, mirror and sconce placement • Include some dimensions and notes to the drawings; we will not need a reflected ceiling plan or full lighting plan (we only need to note outlet changes). 2. 3D Modeling & Views • Model the majority of the new bathroom design and provide multiple rendered views that capture the key design intent.
