Responsibilities The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will handle all aspects of the client experience and case progression, including: Client Communication & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case. Provide updates in both English and Spanish. Guide clients through medical treatment and next steps. Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident. Case Management Move cases through our pre-litigation workflow: PNC → Intake → Treatment → Post-Treatment → Demand Maintain accurate notes, documents, and deadlines in the case management system. Coordinate medical appointments, diagnostics (MRIs, referrals), and follow-ups. Request medical records, bills, and related documentation. Track client treatment status and ensure timely progress. Documentation & Legal Support Review records for accuracy and completeness. Prepare case summaries and organize files for demand. Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Assist with drafting letters of representation and other routine communications. Team Collaboration Report updates to attorneys and supervisors. Attend internal meetings and contribute to process improvements. Work collaboratively with intake, operations, and demand teams. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (written + spoken). Experience in personal injury law (preferred but not required if extremely organized and fast-learning). Strong understanding of medical treatment stages (chiropractic care, MRI, pain management, orthopedics, etc.). Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to manage 80–120 active cases responsibly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Experience with case management software is a plus (e.g., Filevine, Clio, CASEpeer).
