We’re seeking a PRC-licensed lawyer (based in Mainland China) to review a comprehensive set of China-related legal and manufacturing documents and ensure that nothing is missing for full legal protection, IP security, and compliance. You’ll review materials such as bilingual NNNs, OEM/ODM agreements, arbitration/venue clauses, supplier onboarding templates, and trademark filing playbooks. Your role is to confirm enforceability under PRC law, identify weaknesses or localization needs, and flag any additional agreements, registrations, or filings that we should have in place but don’t yet. The goal is simple: to leave with complete clarity that our China-side legal foundation is airtight — every required document accounted for, correctly structured, and ready for use.
