We’re looking for a data-driven PPC strategist to manage and optimize Google and Meta Ads for Kava Krave, a U.S.-based functional beverage brand helping people relax and connect — no alcohol, no sugar, no hangover. We currently work with an agency and are looking to replace them with a more efficient, hands-on partner who can deliver stronger results for a leaner budget. You’ll start by auditing our existing Google + Meta campaigns, identifying wasted spend, refining targeting, and suggesting conversion rate (CRO) or landing page improvements. From there, you’ll manage campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and conversion optimization. We’re not looking for someone to just run ads — we want someone who can think strategically, use data to drive decisions, and communicate insights clearly. Responsibilities include: -Audit, optimize, and scale Google Shopping + Meta Ads -Research and test new keywords, audiences, and creatives -Track and report key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) -Recommend landing page and funnel improvements -Collaborate with our creative and social media team to align messaging Requirements: -3+ years experience running Google + Meta Ads for eCommerce or CPG brands -Strong understanding of WooCommerce, GA4, and conversion tracking -Proven ability to lower CAC and improve ROAS -Excellent communication and transparency in reporting Details: -Hourly: $30–$45/hr ~10–15 hours/week (target budget $800–$1,200/month) -Flexible schedule, but 2–3 hours overlap with U.S. Central time preferred -Long-term opportunity if performance goals are met Success Metrics: ROAS greater than 3.0 CAC greater than $25 +15–20% improvement in site conversion rate Can you share one example of a Google or Meta campaign you managed for an eCommerce or CPG brand — including what the problem was, what you changed, and what the results were (ROAS, CAC, or conversion improvement)? 2️⃣ When you audit a new ad account, what are the top 3 things you review first to identify wasted spend or growth opportunities? 3️⃣ Beyond running ads, how do you approach improving conversion rates or landing page performance?
