**Job Title:** PPC Expert to Manage Google Ads & Bing Ads (Health & Wellness Ecommerce) **Budget:** $300 per month (Fixed) **Duration:** 3 Months (Extendable Based on Results) **Start Date:** Immediate We are looking for an experienced PPC Advertising Expert to manage and optimize our Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for our eCommerce store in the health and wellness niche. The goal is to increase monthly sales, improve ROAS, and control ad spend through effective campaign optimization and performance tracking. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns. * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. * Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns. * Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversions, and ROAS. * Optimize campaigns to maintain ACOS below 15% and TACOS below 10%. * Provide weekly and monthly performance reports. **Targets:** Month 1: Achieve $8,000 sales with ACOS ≤ 20% and TACOS ≤ 12% Month 2: Achieve $12,000 sales with ACOS ≤ 18% and TACOS ≤ 11% Month 3: Achieve $18,000 sales with ACOS ≤ 15% and TACOS ≤ 10% **Performance Clause:** If by January 15, 2026, the sales target or ACOS/TACOS benchmarks are not achieved, the freelancer will continue for one additional month at no extra cost to meet the goals. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads for eCommerce. * Strong knowledge of Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. * Skilled in conversion tracking and Google Merchant Center setup. * Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills. **Preferred Skills:** Google Ads, Bing Ads, PPC Management, Google Shopping, Conversion Optimization, ROAS Improvement, Ecommerce Marketing, Health and Wellness Niche.
