• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Full-Time | 2025–2026

• Our organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic school team for the upcoming academic year. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to foster meaningful behavioral and academic growth among students through the implementation of evidence-based practices.

• You’ll design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional assessments, and coach teachers in evidence-based ABA strategies that improve learning and behavior outcomes. With a student-first mindset, you’ll be a vital part of a team committed to inclusion and progress.

Primary Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture where all students can thrive.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Design and implement individualized behavior programs rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Lead professional development sessions to build staff capacity in behavior management and positive support strategies.

• Requirements
• Current BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related discipline. Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and proactive behavioral support strategies.
