• School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Our Organization is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative school team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct and lasting impact on students’ behavioral, social, and academic success within a supportive educational environment.

• As a School-Based BCBA, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborate with educators and families to ensure effective, evidence-based support for every student. You’ll also provide training and coaching for staff, helping to build school-wide systems that promote positive behavior, engagement, and inclusion.

Job Outline

• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and refine interventions.
• Lead professional development sessions on classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive climate that supports both students and staff in achieving their goals.
• Partner with IEP teams, administrators, and service providers to ensure coordinated student support.
• Design and implement individualized behavioral programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Requirements
• Applicants must possess a current BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related discipline. Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and proactive behavioral support strategies. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a team-oriented professional, and a creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
