I need a quality developer who will deliver on-time and communicate with me. I have many ideas and one idea can lead to another. Right now it has 10 categories, such as Food, Professions, Culture, etc Overall, this app idea is for the user to have a smooth experience that is easy to use. I personally know what is difficult for English speakers, so I can tailor the app to meet these needs. I have native speakers who record common words/phrase and especially difficult sounds slowly, then normally. The user then can record himself and compare with the native speaker. Imagine someone taking a walk and being able to do this almost hands free. I also have recordings of native speakers doing "chunking".
