Description We are looking for an experienced consultant who can set up and customize an employee engagement portal and implement document workflow automations. The role involves configuring an existing platform for intuitive employee use, applying branding, organizing resources, and integrating document management automation through Fluix and Zapier. Responsibilities Configure SSO, groups, permissions, and access levels. Set up channels, feeds, and categories for content/resources. Apply branding and layout customization for a clean, intuitive UX. Upload and organize policies, forms, and schedules. Build Fluix workflow automation: upload → review → approval → external delivery. Build Zapier workflow automation: upload → approval → final delivery to external destination. Requirements Proven experience configuring portals (Blink or similar employee apps). Hands-on experience with Fluix automation and Zapier integrations. Strong understanding of document approval workflows. Ability to deliver clean, reliable setups within agreed timelines.
