  • You won't just manage; you'll strategize, mentor, and maximize the success of our entire plumbing operation. This role is about accountability, growth, and modeling the excellence we expect.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential Plumbing division, including service and maintenance activities.
  • Coach and mentor our incredible Plumbing team through dedicated 1:1 sessions and dynamic team leadership.
  • Dive deep into performance metrics, job completion rates, and sales data to drive processes that boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and participate in the Strategic Management Group to align plumbing operations with the company’s long-term vision and growth targets.
  • Maintain open communication with dispatch, vendors, and leadership. Uphold stringent safety protocols and ensure seamless compliance with all regulations.
  • Model and actively reinforce Streamline’s Core Values (Dependable, Positive, Dedicated, Humble, Eager to Learn and Process Driven) and the NexStar Service System.
  • Requirements
  • We're looking for a proven leader who knows how to make a team shine and operate a successful home service division.
  • 3+ years of Operations, Service, or General Management experience in the residential home service sector (Plumbing strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success improving operational outcomes and leading successful teams.
  • Strong technical and operational knowledge of residential plumbing systems, processes, and the home service.
  • Proficient in analyzing business data, understanding P&L reports, and taking decisive action based on performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills—you know how to inspire and motivate!
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/field service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning in the office and hands-on support in the field, including working in varied environments (e.g., attics, crawlspaces), and the ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), such as water heaters or materials, when supporting the team or ensuring job completion.
