Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Operator with hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, cleaning, and dismantling tablet presses, encapsulation machines, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tablet presses, encapsulation machines, coating systems, fluid bed dryers, and bead towers.
• Perform cleaning, setup, and dismantling of production equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications / Skills:

• Hands-on experience in tablet compression, granulation, encapsulation, and coating.
• Prior experience in Oral Solid Dosage (tablets/capsules) manufacturing is mandatory.
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines.
• Basic English communication skills (reading and speaking).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.

Shift Available: (must have flexibility to work overtime)

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
