We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support our sales efforts in the dental industry. Our service enhances orthodontic work efficiency, allowing dental/orthodontic offices to achieve more with less chair time. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support and an understanding of the dental field. Responsibilities include adding/managing leads in hubspot, assisting with client communications, and arranging meetups with doctors. If you're organized and structured and have great communication skills in developing relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This is a part-time job with an average of 2 hours per day. We offer our hourly rate plus bonus for every meet up with a doctor/potential customer that gets completed.
