Our U.S.-based client will be attending the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, China, from October 23 to 26, and we are looking for an experienced, professional interpreter to assist during the event. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent business communication skills and prior experience supporting international clients at trade fairs or similar business events. Responsibilities: Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between English and Chinese during meetings and negotiations. Assist with communication, introductions, and note-taking throughout the Canton Fair. Act as a sourcing agent and liaison, helping identify reliable suppliers and gather key product and pricing information. Serve as the client’s eyes and ears on the ground, offering insights and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with Chinese vendors.
