Florida Permit Lookup App (No-Code Build) I’m looking for a no-code developer to build a simple Florida permit lookup tool. The tool will allow a user to enter a property address or folio/parcel number and return basic permit history from public county portals. Reference for example (BuildFax) What I need built: • A clean front-end page with a search bar • User enters: address OR parcel ID • Backend pulls permit data from 1–2 county permit portals (starting with Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties) • Data automatically stored in their account history • Display results in a clean dashboard: • Permit type • Date issued • Status (open/closed) • Contractor name • Link to source record • Auto-generated summary box (AI or simple text rules) • PDF export button (optional if easy) • Simple login + user accounts • Stripe subscription setup (per-permit billing) This is a small MVP, not a big enterprise tool. I want it simple, functional, and clean. Requirements: • Build entirely with no-code. • Scraping or API setup (you choose what’s easiest) • Clean, modern UI Editable to implement personal logo • Minimal maintenance needed after delivery Deliverables: • Fully working prototype/MVP • Linked backend (Airtable) • User login + Stripe subscription • Ability for me to duplicate/add more counties later
