About us: We are developing several digital projects in the U.S. (including an AI platform and service businesses) and are looking for an experienced performance marketer to manage, optimize, and scale our ad campaigns with a strong focus on measurable results. Responsibilities: Set up and manage ad accounts (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads / YouTube). Research and test target audiences, keywords, creatives, and formats. Build and optimize funnels across different niches (B2C, SaaS, local services). Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA, LTV) and optimize budgets. Run A/B tests and implement new hypotheses based on data. Requirements: Proven experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Strong analytical mindset and understanding of unit economics. Solid knowledge of performance campaign structures (ABO/CBO, lookalike, retargeting, etc.). Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with rapid experimentation. Experience promoting IT products, apps, or service-based businesses is a plus. Conditions: Remote work, flexible schedule. Compensation: base rate + performance-based bonuses (negotiable). Long-term collaboration and growth opportunities within the project.
