As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer service with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients and handling their queries with professionalism and empathy, while exhibiting exceptional customer service qualities. Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls from patients and providing them with guidance and information. - Answering queries about appointments, services, and insurance coverage. - Scheduling appointments, including managing and updating appointment calendars and patient records. - Responding to patient emails and messages via the practice's messaging system. - Following up with patients on schedule changes, cancellations, and missed appointments. - Providing support to colleagues as required. - Handling other duties, such as filing and data entry, as needed. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 2 years of experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer-facing role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. - Proficient knowledge of dental terminology - Experience working with insurance - A professional manner and outstanding customer service skills. - Experience working with Dentrix is highly preferred
