Job Purpose: Banijay Americas seeks a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Payroll Coordinator for a fast-paced entertainment industry environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing all aspects of weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payrolls for non-union employees. Essential Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll for corporate employees under multiple entities using ADP software, including calculating wages and handling hourly records. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local tax laws, labor regulations, and tax withholdings Maintain and oversee accurate employee records, process new hires, terminations, status and pay changes, manage benefit enrollments, deductions, time off accruals, etc. Perform day-to-day payroll operations, and handle employee questions via email, phone or in-person. Prepare multiple semi-monthly and monthly reports for the Head of Human Resources. Perform audits semi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly to ensure accuracy of payroll processing. Reports to Lead Payroll Administrator and Head of Human Resources Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience for a multi-state employer with multiple locations. Experience with ADP, TriNet, and Integration with Workday is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws and overtime regulations are required. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of deadlines. Proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Projected Payroll is a plus. Television production payroll experience is a plus. Flexible personal style to work with diverse personalities. Professional, yet personable demeanor. Ability to effectively communicate information to employees and management.
