  • Position Summary
  • We are seeking an energetic and compassionate individual to join our Sales Development team as an entry-level Patient Advocate. In this role, you will support patients and referral partners in helping grow awareness of TMS Therapy and Salience Health. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Salience Health or medical sales with full training and mentorship provided.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients by phone to schedule consultations and answer questions about services.
  • Track and manage patient leads and referral activity using Salesforce.
  • Support the sales process by coordinating with care navigators, insurance teams, and treatment coordinators.
  • Help resolve patient or provider concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build relationships with referring doctors and ensure they are informed of updates.
  • Reaching out to new and previous TMS therapy patient to engage them in scheduling consultations or meeting with the care navigator team for retreatment.
  • Required Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Professionalism in communication and appearance
  • Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • This is an office-based role with frequent phone and computer use (up to 70–75% of the day). Occasional travel within the DFW area may be required for provider meetings or events.

  • Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required• Some college or experience in customer service, referral generation or sales preferred• Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
