• Parts Counter Associate Job Responsibilities
• Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and ordering.
• Provide expert recommendations on OEM and aftermarket parts for Cadillac & KIA vehicles.
• Process orders efficiently using our dealership management system (DMS).
• Maintain organized inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless parts experience.
• Support the parts department with shipping, receiving, and warranty processing.

• Qualifications

• Parts Counter Associate Qualifications
• 1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred).
• Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we’ll train the right person!).
• Strong customer service & communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful).
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
