Why This Role Matters: Our CEO needs a trusted partner to organize, recruit, and grow Greenhouse from the ground up. This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to be part of the founding team and help shape the culture, systems, and people that will define Greenhouse. Your Mission: Be the CEO’s right hand. Manage the calendar, organize vendor communications, and keep projects moving forward. Build our playbook. Document processes (SOPs) that will guide how our salon and restaurant deliver consistent, high-touch experiences. Recruit our future. Source, screen, and help us hire our first Customer Service VA Manager — a “rockstar” who can own phones, bookings, and client experience. Then expand to building the full VA team (marketing, finance, design). Create systems that last. Set up a hiring pipeline that scales as Greenhouse grows — candidate scorecards, interview flows, onboarding checklists.
