Hourly | Long-term | Remote We are a growing consulting business supporting manufacturing and operations organizations. We’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to support content creation workflows, research, lead tracking, and general admin tasks. This is non-technical work, but requires excellent English, strong organization, and comfort using AI tools. ________________________________________ Responsibilities Content Support • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs, etc.) to create draft content from prompts • Produce 2–3 variations for review • Schedule approved posts on LinkedIn or a scheduler • Prepare simple pinned comments • Track weekly post performance Research & Lead Tracking • Find companies hiring roles relevant to our outreach strategy • Locate key contacts on LinkedIn (names, titles, profile URLs) • Maintain spreadsheets/CRM with leads, follow-ups, and notes • Flag warm leads or engagement opportunities Administrative Support • Sort/tag emails and prioritize inbox • Schedule meetings and manage the calendar • Organize documents in Google Drive/Notion • Create/update SOPs • Prepare light meeting notes Marketing & Operations • Create simple Canva graphics • Update website content (no coding) • Organize testimonials and case studies • Repurpose long posts into shorter content ________________________________________ You Will NOT Do • Technical engineering or manufacturing work • Writing technical content from scratch • Client-facing communication on behalf of the founder • Sales calls or negotiations • Strategic decision-making ________________________________________ Requirements • Excellent written English • Strong organization and communication • Comfortable using AI tools for content • Fast learner, detail-oriented • Familiar with Google Workspace • Basic Canva skills • Able to follow clear processes • Reliable and consistent communicator Bonus: • Experience supporting consultants/service businesses • Familiarity with LinkedIn research and workflows ________________________________________ Hours & Availability • 8–12 hours/week to start • Flexible schedule • Daily or every-other-day communication required • Long-term role with growth potential ________________________________________ What Success Looks Like • Weekly content prepared and scheduled smoothly • Accurate, up-to-date research and lead lists • Founder saves significant time each week • No leads or follow-ups slip through the cracks • High-quality drafts and organized workflows ________________________________________ To Apply (Required) Please include: 1.
