• Part-Time Supported Employment Manager – Salida, CO
• Starpoint is seeking a Part-Time Supported Employment Manager (20 hrs/week) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) build employment skills, secure jobs, and succeed in the workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Support participants with job coaching and skill development
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers
• Conduct vocational assessments and support job placement
• Advocate for clients and help them navigate community resources

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in vocational services (preferred)
• Knowledge of Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation & IPS model
• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, push/pull 100+ lbs, and stand 4+ hours/day
• Schedule: 20 hrs/week (10 hrs job coaching + 10 hrs job development)
• Location: Salida, CO
• Requirements
• Qualifications
• · Minimum 1 year of direct vocational services experience (preferred).
• · Knowledge of the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) model.
• · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• · Must be able to pass all required trainings such as the required ACRES training.
• Essential Functions
• · Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• · Ability to push/pull 100+ pounds.
• · Ability to stand and work on feet for 4+ hours per day.
