• Salary: $16.00 per hour, plus commission

Job Summary

• The Sales Associate for Home Delivery Services will be responsible for assisting customers with placing home delivery orders, promoting products and services, and ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• · Engage with customers via phone, online chat, or in-person to promote and sell products for home delivery.
• · Accurately process orders, ensuring correct product selection, address verification, and delivery scheduling.
• · Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• · Maintain knowledge of current promotions, delivery options, and inventory availability.
• · Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• · Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• · Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• · Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• · Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• · Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• · High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• · Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• · Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales/order entry systems.
• · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• · A friendly, patient, and customer-first attitude.

Working Conditions

• · May require evening or weekend shifts depending on business hours.
• · Standing or sitting for extended periods, depending on the work environment.

• Requirements
• · Must be able to stand for long periods.
• · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as lift or carry light products or promotional materials.
