Company: Onwenu Property Management Type: Part-Time, 60-Day Contract (with potential extension) About the Role Onwenu Property Management is looking for a Sales Representative who knows how to close — not someone who just “checks in” with leads. You’ll be doing a mix of outbound outreach to For Rent By Owner landlords and inbound follow-ups with landlords who contact us directly. Your job is straightforward: get property management agreements signed by landlords who need help filling and managing their rentals. There is a call guide, not a script. If you can’t adjust your approach based on the conversation, this is not the role for you. Responsibilities Outbound: • Contact landlords from For Rent By Owner listings on sites like HotPads, Zillow, Trulia, etc. • Identify the landlord’s pain points and present our tenant placement + property management services. • Build a pipeline and manage consistent follow-up. Inbound: • Speak with landlords who reach out to us through our website, ads, or other channels. • Qualify them and move them toward signing a property management agreement. • Guide interested leads through the onboarding process and answer high-level questions. Systems: • Use RingCentral for all calls. • Track every lead, update notes, and manage follow-ups inside Monday CRM. • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline with daily updates. Requirements • Real sales experience in real estate or property management — not generic cold-calling. • Proven ability to handle objections and close agreements. • Strong conversational control and adaptability — no script to lean on. • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and availability during U.S. business hours. • Organized, consistent, and performance-driven.
