We're seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role combines administrative coordination, social media content creation, and general office upkeep.
Part-Time Office & Operations Manager
Location: In-person, Hampton, NH
Hours: Flexible part time schedule, must have weekday availability between 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments; manage calendar changes
- Maintain client files and records
Marketing & Communication
- Create and post social media content
- Prepare newsletters, fliers, and marketing materials
Office Care & Maintenance
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Light cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and general office upkeep
Qualifications
- Prior office administration and social media experience (education or healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Canva, and social media platforms
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfort working in a child-friendly environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
